What are we looking for?
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Agrochemicals Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture, understands crop protection and soil health products, and is motivated to build long-term relationships with farmers, distributors, and stakeholders within the agricultural value chain.
What do we expect from the candidate?
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with customers.
A solid understanding of agrochemical products and their application in crop production.
The discipline to achieve sales targets while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
The key responsibilities :
Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, and training sessions for clients
Provide technical advice and after-sales support to customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to implement promotional activities.
