Your Responsibilities…

Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly metrics for meetings booked and qualified opportunities created for the Account Executives.Demonstrating the required Resilience by averaging 15 to 21 quality touchpoints per prospect before disengagement.Successfully utilizing and testing AI and automation tools, resulting in a measurable improvement in outreach efficiency and conversion rates.Maintaining a high level of CRM discipline with accurate records of all prospecting activities, providing reliable data for pipeline reviews.Proactively providing useful feedback to Marketing and Account Executives that leads to the successful refinement of at least one core outreach message per quarter.To be considered for this role you should have…
At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales development or business development, preferably in a SaaS or high growth environment.Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging senior decision makers.Persistent, self-motivated, and driven by measurable outcomes.Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.Comfortable using AI and automation tools to optimize workflow and outreach.A growth mindset : curious, coachable, and eager to master the craft of sales.Challenges you may face in this role
