Objectives :

To drive sales growth and enhance market presence for SHA (Small Home Appliances) and TV products by leveraging strong product knowledge, effective customer engagement, and strategic relationships with wholesalers and retailers. The role aims to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and contributing to the company’s overall business objectives.

Responsibility :

  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for televisions and small home appliances (SDA).
  • Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Provide expert guidance on TV specifications (4K, OLED, Smart TVs) and appliance functionality.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections to close sales effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat buyers, retailers, and business partners.
  • Market & Product Knowledge
  • Stay informed about industry developments such as QLED vs. OLED innovations and smart home integrations.
  • Participate in training sessions for new product launches, updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Channel Management
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers.
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of the Nigerian market structure and distribution channels.
  • Reporting & Feedback
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide management with timely feedback on inventory needs, sales trends, and market opportunities

Requirements

1–3 years of proven experience in consumer electronics sales, particularly in TVs, appliances, or related fields.

Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of TV technologies (e.g., HDR, refresh rates) and familiarity with major SHA brands.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Persuasive, energetic, and customer-oriented approach.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

N180,000.00 - N200,000.00 Gross Salary

Salary negotiable based on experience
