About Us

NoemDek is an EPC firm incorporated in Nigeria in 2012, to provide specialized services to the oil and gas, power generation, FMCGs etc. Our primary focus is to employ our specialized, technical expertise and motivate our team of professionals in contributing positively to the Nigerian petroleum and energy main industry in particular. We are a powerhouse of technology, creativity, and expertise.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

First degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Ability to design and implement training and development programs.

Experience in compensation and benefits administration.

Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Typing speed of 40WPM.

Soft Skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent ethical values and discretion in handling confidential information.

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

Experience working in a structured organization is preferred.

This is not an entry-level role.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for :

Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Overseeing performance management and staff development.

Managing compensation, benefits, and HR reporting..

Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures..

Identifying training needs and coordinating relevant programs.

Driving employee engagement and a positive work culture.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
