• Responsibilities;

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and staff onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Manage employee relations and performance appraisal systems.

Support employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive work environment.

Organize training sessions and track development programs.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support.

Draft and update HR SOPs to streamline HR processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

HR certification is an advantage.

2–4 years of HR experience.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software .

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
