Human Resource Officer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage the recruitment and selection process including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.

Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll, etc.) in compliance with HR regulations.

Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee queries regarding HR-related issues.

Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.

Organize training and development initiatives.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and regulations.
