The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, ensuring smooth HR processes such as recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, staff welfare, and compliance with MFI policies and labor laws. The role is key to maintaining efficient HR operations and supporting both field and office staff.

Qualifications & Requirements :
HND / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles (experience in an MFI or financial institution is an added advantage).
Knowledge of HR best practices, Nigerian labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
