About Company : Our client is a fast-growing technology company in Nigeria

The company is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee the HR function in a fast-growing technology company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the full HR lifecycle, scaling high-performing teams, and driving a culture of excellence and integrity. This individual must bring strong strategic HR expertise, an exceptional work ethic, and relevant HR certifications.

Key Responsibilities :

§   Lead and manage the end-to-end HR process, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.

§   Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and growth trajectory.

§   Build, mentor, and scale the team to support the rapid expansion of the organization.

§   Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention.

§   Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices.

§   Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.

§   Create policies and processes that reinforce accountability, fairness, and ethical business practices.

§   Stay updated with HR trends and innovations, bringing forward new ideas to improve HR operations.

Requirements

§   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

§   3-5 years’ HR management experience, preferably within technology or fast-growth industries.

§   Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR / SPHR, or equivalent) are required.

§   Strong knowledge of the entire HR lifecycle and best practices.

§   Demonstrated ability to scale HR functions and build teams in dynamic environments.

§   High level of professionalism, discretion, and uncompromising work ethic.

§   Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Benefits

Compensation : Net Pay is N350,000 -  N500,000 Monthly net+ other interesting benefits
