This is an in-person role based in Abuja, designed for a proactive HR professional who can support people operations, drive engagement, and ensure smooth HR processes across the business.
The Opportunity
As HR Officer, you will :
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Drive employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced : Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or fast-growing organizations.Certified : Possession of HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.Organized & Detail-Oriented : Strong administrative and documentation skills.People-Centric : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Adaptable : Comfortable working in a high-performance, collaborative environment.Why This Role Stands Out
