Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or HND qualification
1-2 years of working experience
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to clearly explain loan terms and address customer concerns.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
