Location : Lagos, Nigeria (Remote options available)

Job Description :

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites, plugins, and themes. Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL is required.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites
Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
Stay up-to-date with latest WordPress trends and best practices

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in WordPress development

Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL

Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have :

Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue

Knowledge of version control systems like Git

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment integrations
