About Us

TollyClassic Delivery is a warehousing and fulfillment platform designed to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Africa scale with ease. We handle everything from storage and inventory management to order fulfillment and last‑mile dispatch efficiently and professionally.

We are expanding our team and currently seeking a highly experienced Customer Support / Customer Relations Officer to strengthen our client engagement and service delivery.

Who We're Looking For :

We want a professional with a proven track record in customer service, client relationship management, and issue resolution. You must be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced logistics and e-commerce environment. Residency in Wuye, Jabi, Utako, Lifecamp, Kado, or nearby areas is strongly preferred for ease of commute.

What You'll Do :

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.

2. Manage customers & riders groups, ensuring timely updates on orders, deliveries, and service issues.

3. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve client concerns quickly and effectively.

4. Track and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

5. Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and recommend process improvements.

6. Support business development by nurturing strong client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.

Requirements for Both Roles :

1. Minimum of 3–4 years’ proven experience in customer service, client relations, or account management (preferably in logistics, eCommerce, or related industries).

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage demanding clients.

3. Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.

4. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms.

5. Must be reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

6. Residency in Wuye, Jabi, Utako, Lifecamp, Kado, or nearby areas is an advantage.

Working Days :

Mondays - Thursday (8 : 30 am - 5 pm)

Saturdays (9 am - 3 pm)
