Job descriptionAs the Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and provide inspiring leadership to your team. This is a pivotal role that demands both strategic oversight and operational excellence. Managing day-to-day hotel operations to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction Driving occupancy and revenue growth through creative sales and marketing strategies Coaching, mentoring, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service Overseeing budgets, cost controls, and performance metrics Ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and procedures. Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, with a strong track record in sales and marketing Proven leadership qualities ability to motivate, guide, and drive performance Tenacious and results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude Strong emotional intelligence and people-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Passion for customer service and revenue growth.
