Female or Male Chef (Akwaibom / Igbo) needed in a start-up food production facility at Ojo, Lagos mainland.
- Candidate must be experienced in cooking very competitive Igbo-centric local foods in large scale - 100 portions & above, on a daily basis;
- Condidate should have experience in baking favorite Nigerian snacks like Eggrolls, Doughnuts, Meat pies / Chicken pies, sausage rolls.
- Experience in working at a restaurant / food delivery business.

Timely production of food and early dispatch to sales stations, dailyManagement of daily released inventory, raw materials and stocksNew menu development and menu review (if and when needed)Recipe development and old recipe reviewAssist in menu pricing with accounting teamEnsuring all kitchen staff complies with all company cGMP standards, SOPs and NAFDAC regulationsNew staff training and assignment of tasks and shifts to all production staffEnsure efficient and proper management of kitchenEnsure constant cleanliness of all cooking environmentMANAGERIAL SKILL REQUIRED :
