Salary : ₦100,000 - ₦120,000

Job Summary :

A busy and fast-growing restaurant located in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage the storage, inventory, and issuance of food supplies, beverages, and other restaurant materials. The ideal candidate will ensure proper stock management, maintain accurate records, and support the restaurant’s operations by ensuring timely availability of items.

Key Responsibilities :

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming food items, supplies, and materials.

Ensure all received goods are of the right quality, quantity, and specification.

Organize and maintain the store area in a clean, orderly, and secure manner.

Issue materials and supplies to kitchen and service departments as requested.

Keep accurate records of all stock movements (receipts, usage, and returns).

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.

Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or reorder needs.

Prevent wastage, spoilage, and pilferage through proper stock rotation and control.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in storage areas.

Assist in preparing inventory and usage reports for management review.

Requirements :

HND / OND qualification minimum.

1 years experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Basic knowledge of inventory software or Excel is an advantage.

Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be honest, trustworthy, and punctual.

Willingness to live on-site (accommodation provided).
