Job description

We are seeking a Sales Associate for a retail fashion brand, you will be providing top-notch service to customers in-store and online.

Your goal is to ensure seamless customer experiences, drive sales, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities : - Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, responding to queries and needs with product knowledge and enthusiasm.

  • Manage sales enquiries across multiple channels : Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email.
  • Process online and phone orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide support during events, launches, and high-traffic days, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Report customer feedback to the Sales Manager weekly, contributing to service improvements.

Requirements : - BSc / HND in any related field - Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp etc) for sales and customer service.
