Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Marketer / Sales Agent to execute marketing initiatives and convert leads into sales. This dual role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively promote our services, attract new clients through various channels, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Implement creative marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to generate high-quality leads.
- Actively prospect for new clients and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
- Present and sell company services, clearly articulating their value proposition to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain detailed records of all marketing and sales activities using CRM software.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven track record in a combined marketing and sales role (minimum of 2 years experience is a plus).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in MS Office and practical experience with digital marketing tools and strategies.Goal-oriented, self-starter, and able to manage a full sales pipeline.
