Sales Associate (Luxury Fashion)

Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading brand in the retail fashion industry.

• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience by engaging and assisting customers.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, collections, and styling techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure the store is always presentable, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Support the execution of promotions, sales campaigns, and in-store events.
• Mentor and guide junior sales associates to enhance their performance.
• Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and teamwork.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Requirements

Cognate sales & Marketing experience in Luxury goods / items

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Visual merchandising experience is an added advantage
