Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell products / services using strong knowledge of company offerings.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to optimize customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
