Job Title : Kiosk Sales Executive

Job Summary :
The Kiosk Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services directly to customers through a kiosk or retail stand. The role involves engaging customers, explaining product features, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and engage customers at the kiosk to promote products and services.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage purchases.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain accurate sales and stock records.
Process transactions using POS systems and issue receipts.
Monitor inventory levels and request stock replenishment when needed.
Assist in setting up and dismantling kiosks during promotional events or relocations.
Provide periodic sales reports and feedback to management.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in direct sales, retail, or kiosk operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Neat and presentable appearance.
