Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our in-store and field sales operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury retail, skilled in relationship management, and capable of driving both in-store and direct client sales through excellent customer engagement and innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Attend to walk-in customers at the TTDALK store, ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, assist clients in making purchasing decisions, and maintain a refined sales approach.
  • Manage in-store displays, stock presentation, and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential buyers through calls, emails, or visits.
  • Maintain an active client database and ensure consistent relationship management with returning customers.

Field Sales & Client Engagement

  • Meet with high-value clients, stylists, and corporate partners to close sales deals or secure bulk orders.
  • Represent TTDALK at pop-up events, exhibitions, and private showcases to promote the brand.
  • Generate new leads and strategic collaborations that expand the company’s client network.
  • Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Work with the brand communications team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive in-store traffic and online visibility.
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal promotions, influencer collaborations, and event marketing.
  • Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Reporting & Target Management
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, client feedback, and conversion metrics.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining TTDALK’s standard of excellence.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium goods sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media marketing.
  • Willingness to work on-site and in the field, including weekends or events when necessary.
