Job Summary :
Responsible for creating and nurturing long-term relationships with clients resolving any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with the organisations services. Handle client concerns and ensure that all inquiries and requests are fulfilled.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Ensuring that the clients needs requirements and expectations are met in line with the agencys contractual obligations.
Update status reports and schedules and maintain a list of action items to ensure smooth and timely delivery of programs and associated deliverables.
Collaborate to articulate and present the teams thinking in an engaging way both in written and spoken presentations to the client and team.
Generate clear and accurate contact reports from internal and external meetings.
Providing strategic direction for the yearly client brand plan development and deliverables.
Actively participate in developing new business pitch(es) and presentations ensuring optimum productivity and success.
Planning coordinating and directing marketing communications campaigns for the agencys clients.
Support winning creative pitches alongside a select team of colleagues from the creative / design / strategic / production department.
Attending client meetings with the client service executive or managing partner to discuss and determine communications / advertising requirements and budgetary limitations utilising knowledge of the product or service to be advertised media capabilities and audience characteristics.
Working alongside colleagues i.e. graphic / design artists copywriters photographers and other media-production specialists to prepare excellent creatives for client briefs.
Managing client inquiries via phone email online or in person.
Conduct contextual research compile and present findings insights and inspirations.
Contributing to brainstorming and idea generation based on an understanding of the brief and the clients strategic and marketing objectives.
Ensuring that the quality of all copy and design deliverables are error-free and meet the required standards for creative excellence.
Building positive client relations by checking in regularly.
Conducting interviews with prospective clients to determine needs goals and objectives.
Letting clients know about additional services.
Working with other departments to ensure the client is satisfied.
Maintaining client records and documenting processes.
Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps.
Keeping track of emerging trends in client services.
Undertaking any necessary duties to ensure a first-class service is provided
Be an ambassador for the business always.

Office Hours :
08 : 00 to 17 : 00 Mondays Fridays
Additional hours outside regular work cycles may be required to meet job demands.
