Job Overview
Priority Groups is seeking a dedicated and organized Supervisor for the Priority Care Department (More Program Coordinator Manager) to oversee and enhance the coordination of home care and healthcare staffing services. This role ensures that the Priority Care team operates efficiently, meeting performance targets while upholding the highest standards of client and caregiver satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Priority Care team, providing mentorship, support, and performance oversight.
Oversee day-to-day coordination of client care requests, staffing assignments, and service follow-up.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and quality assurance standards.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for process improvement and efficiency.
Serve as a key liaison between clients, caregivers, and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Facilitate staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development for team members.
Collaborate with leadership on program expansion, client engagement, and service innovation initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience in healthcare staffing, home care coordination, or case management (minimum 3–5 years).
Strong leadership and team supervision skills in a remote environment.
Proficiency in scheduling systems, electronic health records, or workforce management tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated understanding of compliance standards in home care or healthcare staffing.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field preferred.
