Job Title : Field Activation & Engagement Coordinator
About the Role
Krowdshield is redefining community safety through real-time incident reporting, predictive intelligence, and AI-powered insights. As we expand across gated communities and campuses, were seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Field Activation & Engagement Coordinator to help bring our vision to life.
This role blends community engagement, on-the-ground activation, communication, and light marketing coordination. You will be the friendly face of Krowdshield in the field helping users understand our technology in simple, relatable ways, fostering trust, and turning early users into community ambassadors.
This is a contract-to-hire position (initial 3-month contract) with potential for full-time employment. While some planning and coordination can be done remotely, the role will require in-person fieldwork at activation sites across the city and occasionally in neighboring states (travel expenses covered).
Key Responsibilities
Community & Campus Activation
- Coordinate Krowdshield activation efforts within gated communities, estates, and university campuses.
- Build relationships with residents, student leaders, and security representatives to introduce Krowdshield and encourage adoption.
- Host small-scale community info sessions, demos, and promotional events.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product and rollout improvements.
Engagement & Communication
Communicate Krowdshields value clearly and persuasively both in person and online.Translate technical app features into simple, relatable explanations for everyday users.Engage with users through WhatsApp groups, community pages, and direct interactions to encourage continued participation.Identify and nurture brand advocates to become local ambassadors for Krowdshield.Marketing & Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to create or adapt local marketing materials (flyers, short videos, social content).Suggest and execute engagement strategies tailored to specific communities.Support vendor coordination for branded materials, signage, and event logistics.Track engagement metrics (sign-ups, event participation, referrals) and provide regular reports.Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in community engagement, field marketing, outreach coordination, or event activation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to connect with diverse audiences and explain technology clearly.Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and representing a brand in the field.Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about community empowerment and technology.Basic familiarity with social media or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram) is a plus.Reporting Structure
