Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Calendar & Meeting Management :
  • Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar
  • Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings, speaking engagements, and events across time zones
  • Screen, prioritize, and brief Eno on key meetings and deliverables
  • Travel & Logistics :
  • Plan, book, and manage all domestic / international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport)
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and manage last-minute changes seamlessly
  • Communications & Liaison :
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence with clients, partners, and teams
  • Act as Eno’s representative in coordinating with stakeholders and handling confidential matters
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-ups
  • Task & Project Management :
  • Track key projects and deadlines; ensure follow-through and accountability
  • Organize and manage to-do lists, action items, and priority tasks
  • Anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and remove barriers to progress
  • Operational Support :
  • Manage company and personal expenses, reporting, and basic bookkeeping
  • Support event planning for summits, workshops, and executive programs
  • Assist with HR onboarding for team members as required
  • Technology & Tools :
  • Maximize workflow efficiency using tools such as Google Workspace, GoHighlevel, Kajabi, HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Word, and more
  • Support social media content scheduling and posting
  • Confidentiality & Discretion :
  • Exercise the highest levels of integrity, confidentiality, and judgment in all matters

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Calendar and travel managed with 99% accuracy and timeliness
  • Response times to emails / tasks within 24 hours
  • Proactive identification and escalation of urgent issues
  • Projects / tasks completed ahead of deadline
  • Positive feedback from Eno and key stakeholders
  • Growth Opportunities

  • Exposure to global strategy, world class trainings & AI technology, executive networking, and digital transformation projects
  • Development in project management, tech tools, and leadership
  • Potential to grow into Chief of Staff or Operations Manager roles
  • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting a C-suite executive or entrepreneur in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Experience working on-site in a corporate or consulting setting
  • Proven track record of managing complex calendars, travel, and logistics for senior leaders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and scheduling platforms; experience with GoHighlevel, Kajabi, or HubSpot is a strong asset
  • Advanced organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
  • Int’l Passport required / Drivers Licence ( Optional)
  • Preferred Skills & Traits

  • Experience supporting high-profile leaders or public figures
  • Financial acumen (expense reports, invoicing, budgeting)
  • Social media management skills are a plus
  • Tech-savvy, quick to learn new apps and platforms
  • Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and highly adaptable
  • Values-aligned : integrity, accountability, excellence, respect, and a growth mindset
  • Must be flexible & able to adapt to the CEO’s timezones, this is not a side gig job. You are working alongside a high performing Type A leader & your full commitment is required.
