POS Business Officer

As a POS Business Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our merchant network, optimizing POS terminal performance, and delivering exceptional service to our business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and activation of POS terminals.
• Acquire and onboard merchants for POS terminal deployment.
• Monitor POS performance and transaction volumes.
• Maintain relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve technical and operational issues related to POS terminals.
• Promote usage of POS terminals to drive revenue.
• Generate reports and analyze transaction trends.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for support and maintenance.
• Cross-sell other banking products to merchants.
