Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and meetings
Manage office supplies and inventory
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements :
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and demeanor
Fluency in English
Comfortable using office equipment, including computers, printers, and copiers
