Job Responsibilities :
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized filing system.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and prepare reports.
- Maintain calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements :
3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Female is Gender balanceOND / HND / BSc in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
