Job Title : Administrative Officer

  • Location : Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
  • Salary : 150,000 - 200,000
  • Experience : 1-2 years
  • Job Type : Full-time

As an Administrative Officer, you'll be responsible for managing office operations and providing essential support to the team. Your duties will include :

  • Office Administration : Oversee schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Support : Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, managing files, and handling mail.
  • Communication : Serve as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee records, financial documents, and other administrative files.
