Core Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and organizations interested in our programs.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Advise clients on the best-fit training and certification options, creating tailored proposals as needed.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process : qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, coordinating with instructors, and following up to close enrollments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding post-enrollment support and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to continuously refine our messaging and offerings based on client feedback.
- Represent the Business Analysis School brand with integrity and expertise at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.

2+ years’ experience in business analysis, project management, consulting, or a related client-facing roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEmpathy and a consultative, solutions-oriented approachComfortable using CRM software and managing pipelinesPreferred :
Experience in adult education, EdTech, or professional training sectorKnowledge of business analysis and project management certifications / programsExperience managing client accounts or stakeholder relationshipsSoft Skills :
