Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative functions within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to group structures, with expertise in recruitment, payroll management, strategic HR initiatives, and executive support. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as flexibility to travel to other business locations when required.

Requirements and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–6 years’ HR and administrative management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in group structure operations, recruitment, payroll, and strategic HR.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to other business locations for official assignments
