Job Summary :
Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced HR / Admin Officer to oversee human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and support overall HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources Management :
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs, and manage benefits administration.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management and workforce productivity initiatives.
Administration & Compliance :
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.Maintain proper documentation of HR records, contracts, and administrative reports.Coordinate office administration activities, including procurement and facility management.Assist management in implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.Training & Development :
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employee development.Support the performance appraisal process and provide recommendations for employee growth.Requirements :
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR / Admin experience , preferably in the manufacturing industry .Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in HR software, payroll management, and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications :
HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, PHRi) are an added advantage.Experience handling HR functions in a factory or production environment.Salary : 175k- 200k
