JOB TITLE : Human Resources / Admin Manager.

‎LOCATION : VI, Lagos

‎WORK MODE : Onsite ‎

  • Background

‎We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR / Admin Manager to lead and manage the internal human resources function of our company while supporting key HR projects as needed.

‎The ideal candidate will ensure that our internal people management practices align with best practices and local labor laws, while contributing expertise to help deliver outstanding HR solutions

‎Responsibilities :

‎1. Oversee the company’s recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and off boarding.

‎2. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and industry’s best practices.

‎3. Coordinate the performance appraisal process and support line managers with performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.

‎4. Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

‎5. Champion initiatives that foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, and support retention.

  • Requirements
  • ‎1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

    2. Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is highly desirable.

    ‎3. Minimum of 5 years experience with atleast 2 years in a supervisory role.

    ‎4. Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices

    ‎5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

    ‎6. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

    ‎7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
