Job Summary :
The Branding, Marketing, and Media Manager will lead SGX Mobility's marketing strategy, brand development, and media campaigns to strengthen market presence and customer engagement. This role involves crafting innovative branding initiatives, managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, and fostering strategic partnerships to amplify SGX Mobility’s position as a leader in the e-mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Branding :
1. Develop and execute SGX Mobility’s brand strategy to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and values.
2. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
3. Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visual and written content.
Marketing and Communication :
1. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
2. Write Press Release, Sales Letters, Executive Speeches, Corporate Newsletters
3. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences.
4. Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
5. Oversee the creation of sales collateral, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Media Management :
1. Drive social media and digital marketing efforts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
2. Build relationships with media outlets and manage public relations activities.
3. Lead partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to boost brand visibility.
4. Monitor and respond to media coverage related to SGX Mobility and its offerings.
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration :
1. Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
2. Manage and mentor marketing team members to foster professional growth.
3. Oversee relationships with external vendors, including ad agencies, photographers, and PR firms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
1. Brand awareness and perception metrics.
2. Marketing campaign reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
3. Social media growth and engagement rates.
4. PR campaign success and media coverage quantity / quality.
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in branding, marketing, and media management, preferably in the e-mobility or tech industry.
3. Expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing day-to-day tasks.
7. Familiarity with trends in e-mobility and renewable energy is a bonus.
