We are a dynamic hospitality and short-let apartments business organization, seeking an experienced and proactive Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptionally great experiences. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills to manage staff, maintain smooth workflow, and drive overall business efficiency.

Salary : ₦180,000 - ₦200,000

Job Description :

The Manager (Lounge) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge within the hospitality and short-let apartment business. The role requires a proactive and experienced professional who can manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain smooth operations across all functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily lounge operations and monitor staff performance.

Ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience from booking to check-out.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Monitor operating expenses and prepare accurate periodic reports.

Enforce compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.

Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies for the lounge.

Educational Qualification :

Minimum BSc / HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Certificates Required :

Hospitality / Facility Management certifications (an added advantage)
