Sales Operations Officer

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Operations Officer is responsible for all sales operations-related activities. This role involves logistics planning and coordination to ensure timely and efficient lifting within stipulated laycans or evacuation period.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

• Logistics Planning : Develop and implement logistics strategies that optimize efficient liftings
• Logistics Coordination : Schedule and coordinate vessel logistics to ensure timely loadings
• Loading permits Management : Facilitate approvals and clearance processes, liaising with relevant stakeholders to secure necessary authorizations.
• Operational issues Resolution : Act as the first line of resolution for all on-site issues, addressing and resolving operational challenges promptly.
• Operational Interface : Serve as the primary point of contact with vessel owners, agents, EPS and Marine teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
• Sampling & Inspections Liaison : Coordinate sampling and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Operations Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on operations, including inventory status and logistics activities.
