- Manage in-store sales and ensure excellent customer service
- Communicate with clients professionally via WhatsApp, email, Instagram & TikTok DMs, calls,
and in-store interactions
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to clientsProcess orders and coordinate delivery arrangementsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues professionallyDigital Marketing & Social Media
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Status including Reels, Stories, and postsDevelop and execute social media marketing strategiesTake high-quality product photographs for online catalogue and social mediaMonitor social media engagement and respond to comments / messagesCollaborate on seasonal marketing campaignsAdministrative & Operational Tasks
Maintain accurate records using Odoo ERP systemPrepare reports and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPointTrack inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock requirementsProcess invoices and maintain customer databasesSupport overall business operations as neededMaintain a well-presented, festive, and welcoming store environmentSupport Christmas tree decoration and in-store stylingRequirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years experience in retail sales or customer serviceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with ERP systems, preferably OdooStrong social media content creation skills, especially Instagram ReelsGood photography skills for product imageryStrong written and verbal English communication skills (WhatsApp, email)Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksOrganized, proactive, and detail-oriented(Bonus) Decorating skills for Christmas trees / displaysLocation : Ikoyi
Remuneration : 250,000 Monthly
