Role Overview
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals that meet client needs. Your primary focus will be on selling to corporate clients and institutions , driving revenue growth through strategic B2B engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target industries
Understand organizational pain points and propose tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
Set up meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and support proposal development
Manage a pipeline of prospects from lead generation to deal closure
Report on sales performance and contribute to refining sales strategies
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales within Fintech, Financial Institutions, or IT Consulting
Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 5+ years of relevant experience
