We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Officer with 3-4 years Human Resources experience in retail / FMCG.

As an HR Officer you will be responsible for :

Provide a full generalist HR support, administration and reporting.
Effective recruitment, selection, and on-boarding
Effective management of the performance management system
Effective coordination of training and development within the business unit(s)
Effective handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters
Effective administration, data management and reporting
Effective teamwork and self-management
