The Job

What You’ll Do :

Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and vendor invoices.

Handle payroll, tax filings, and compliance reporting (UK & international).

Create and maintain financial dashboards for management.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and client teams.

Implement and improve financial systems and processes.

The Profile

What We’re Looking For :

Proven accounting experience (3+ years), preferably in a remote or agency environment.

Strong understanding of UK and international accounting principles.

Proficiency with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Bonus : Experience managing multi-entity or multi-currency books.
