You will drive the talent agenda by co-creating and executing development strategies, accelerating the growth of top talent, and building a strong internal pipeline for critical roles. This role requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to embed a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence. IS THIS YOU?
- You have 4–6 years of experience in Talent, HR, or Organizational Development, with a relevant degree.
- You have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change through insight and partnership.
- You are experienced in designing and delivering impactful talent programs.
- You are a strong coach and developer of others across all levels.
- You understand how talent strategy connects to business performance.
- You are passionate about learning, staying ahead of trends, and applying fresh thinking to talent challenges.
- You have experience working in complex matrix or multinational organisations, implementing internal talent development initiatives.
- You are committed to building internal capability and succession pipelines.
