Purpose of the Role :
Support the administration of marketing accounts by ensuring timely, accurate execution of projects and high-quality service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development
- Support brainstorming with relevant materials (e.g., images, data).
2. Financial Management
Adhere to budgets, generate invoices, secure POs, and reconcile budgets with finance / procurement.3. Client Management
Promptly respond to client communications, attend meetings, and handle meeting documentation (agendas, reports).4. Project Management & Quality Control
Support project execution, documentation, field staff coordination, contract management, inventory tracking, and timely project closure.5. Reporting
Prepare project reports with insights and analysis, submit weekly / monthly reports, and maintain case study documentation.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Business Admin, Marketing, or related fieldsExperience :
Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably within an agencyTechnical Skills :
