Manage all aspects of corporate communications, including PR, media relations, brand partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.Oversee brand guidelines, storytelling, and creative direction across digital and offline channels.Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility.Create compelling content (press releases, newsletters, campaigns)that reinforce Novarick’s values.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email, influencer marketing, offline activations).Drive lead generation for property sales, tracking performance throughCRM tools.
Optimize campaigns for ROI and cost efficiency.Manage Novarick’s online presence (website, social media, advertisingplatforms).
Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth
Work closely with the Sales Team to generate, qualify, and convert leads.Create sales kits, presentations, and campaigns to support property sales.Develop and implement strategies for new revenue channels (referral programs, realtor partnerships, digital sales funnels).Drive measurable sales results, earning commissions on successful property sales through marketing channels.Team Building & Management
