We are seeking to recruit an OND holder for the Front Desk Officer position. Interested candidates must reside in Ilupeju or its environs.
Job Objective
v Ensure seamless operations at the reception area while providing a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for visitors and staff.
v Foster positive interactions, excellent customer service, and timely communication across all internal and external touchpoints.
v Support administrative efficiency and promote the company’s professional image.
Duties & Responsibilities
v Manage day-to-day front desk and administrative / clerical operations to ensure the smooth running of office activities.
v Greet and attend to visitors and clients courteously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
v Manage all incoming calls — screen, redirect, or take messages as appropriate.
v Receive, record, and dispatch all incoming and outgoing mails to the appropriate departments promptly.
v Maintain the visitors’ register and ensure proper documentation of office correspondence.
v Monitor and ensure prompt response to email enquiries and general correspondence.
v Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR and ESS teams as needed.
v Coordinate meeting schedules, send out invitations, and manage meeting room bookings.
v Collate and submit weekly administrative or front desk activity reports.
v Maintain confidentiality and security of information and records entrusted to you.
v Perform any other related duties may be assigned.
