Job Title : Operations Executive (Marine Services)

Job Objective
To coordinate and manage daily marine logistics operations, ensuring timely service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across five core service areas :
- Marine Vessel Supply
- Bunker Supply
- Ship-to-Ship (STS) Operations
- Ship Clearing & Port Agency Services
- Barge Operations
The Operations Executive will drive performance in line with company standards and client expectations while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy various vessel types (AHTS, FSIV, PSV, crew boats, security boats, accommodation barges) for offshore support.Oversee 24 / 7 crew activities and ensure timely maintenance.Ensure 100% compliance with national and international maritime standards.Manage high-quality fuel procurement and delivery across multiple ports.Monitor compliance with MARPOL and IMO regulations.Enable real-time tracking and reporting of bunker operations.Coordinate certified crew, tugboats, and safe rigging / unrigging operations.Ensure adherence to OCIMF and MARPOL protocols.Monitor operations continuously.Facilitate berthing, customs clearance, harbor documentation, and emergency response.Engage with relevant port authorities for swift vessel turnaround.Target : Clearance within 3 hours, zero documentation errors monthly.Manage licensed barges (800MT – 4000MT) for inland and offshore logistics.Ensure full compliance with NPA, NIMASA, and NIWA regulations.Deliver tailored barge solutions to client needs.Build and maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and regulators.Provide weekly updates and resolve issues promptly.Maintain accurate operational records and ensure full regulatory alignment.Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.Submit weekly status reports, project updates, and monthly dashboards.Supervise operational staff and third-party contractors.Identify and implement process improvements.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marine Logistics, Maritime Operations, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in offshore or marine operations.Strong knowledge of maritime regulations (IMO, MARPOL, OCIMF, NPA, NIMASA, NIWA).Excellent coordination and communication skills.Experience in reporting, planning, and stakeholder management.
