Job Summary
Join SGX MOBILITY as a Regional Sales Manager and take ownership of revenue growth within your assigned territories. You will lead and mentor a sales team, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Leadership & Development : Managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to exceed goals. This includes performance reviews and professional development.
- Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Business Development : Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and staying abreast of market trend.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis : Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. Using CRM is essential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Working effectively with marketing, product, and other teams.

Essential Qualifications :
