About the Company : Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency with solid expertise working with diverse brands and industries in Africa.
Job Objective : The client is looking to hire a dynamic, data-driven, and highly creative Social Media Manager to lead its brand’s online presence and community engagement. The ideal candidate must be strategic, organized, and passionate about storytelling through digital platforms. S / he will oversee daily social media operations — from content planning and execution to analytics and community management — ensuring that every post aligns with the brand’s tone, values, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
§ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
§ Manage daily publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
§ Lead content planning and approval calendars, ensuring all visuals, captions, and videos align with brand voice and campaign objectives.
§ Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce high-performing, trend-driven content.
§ Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using data insights to optimize reach and engagement.
§ Build and maintain an active online community through real-time engagement, DMs, comments, and brand interactions.
§ Monitor social media trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform creative direction.
§ Develop and manage influencer partnerships and social media collaborations.
§ Support paid ad campaigns with organic strategy alignment.
§ Uphold brand consistency and tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
§ 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
§ Strong understanding of digital marketing, platform algorithms, and social media best practices.
§ Excellent written communication skills and creative storytelling ability.
§ Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Later, etc.).
§ Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable strategy.
§ Skilled at balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
§ Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools) are a strong advantage.

Benefits
Compensation - Base Pay ranges BTW N200,000 – N350,000 Monthly net, + Other interesting benefits
