About the Role :
We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand voice across all platforms. The ideal candidate knows how to blend storytelling with analytics to create content that connects and converts.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute social media plans that align with our brand goals.
Create engaging, on-brand content (copy, graphics, videos, and stories) for all social platforms.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Track performance metrics, analyse data, and report insights to guide future campaigns.
Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our content relevant.
Collaborate with marketing, and communications teams to maintain consistent messaging.
Requirements :
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organisations.
Strong understanding of Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to analyse metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for digital culture.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite).
Familiarity with paid ads and influencer collaborations is an advantage.
