Role Overview
Platos Health is bringing preventive health into pharmacies, corporates, and wellness clinics across Nigeria. Our sales executives close the deals; our marketing team executes co-marketing activations. Your role is to ensure that pharmacy and partner organizations are properly onboarded, activated, and supported so that Platos thrives within their ecosystem.
You will own the post-sale success process —from in-store readiness and training, to ensuring adoption and satisfaction, to coordinating with sales and marketing for activations. Based in Lagos, you will also oversee successful roll-outs in Abuja, Port Harcourt, and beyond, ensuring smooth execution even when you’re not physically present.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner Onboarding & Training
Take ownership of the partner journey post-deal handover.
Execute Platos’ pharmacy onboarding process, ensuring partners prepare appropriate shelf-space and visibility.
Train pharmacists and staff on Platos Monitor usage, customer communication, and referral processes.
Manage and improve onboarding checklists to ensure consistency across all regions.
Partner Activation & Adoption
Monitor early adoption of Platos Monitor (first 90 days), identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve partner performance and satisfaction.
Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure traction and sales momentum post-launch.
Conduct regular partner check-ins (calls, WhatsApp, onsite visits).
Co-Marketing & Health Screening Event Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing team on health screenings and co-marketing activations.
Ensure pharmacy or partner readiness before events, including staff, shelf visibility, and logistics alignment.
Collect and share partner feedback and event learnings with marketing to improve campaigns.
Cross-City Coordination
Oversee partner success processes in Abuja, Port Harcourt, and future markets.
Maintain structured remote communication and reporting processes.
Create standardized playbooks and ensure consistency across multiple cities.
Partner Satisfaction & Retention
Serve as the operational relationship owner post-sale, ensuring smooth collaboration and satisfaction.
Monitor stock and service utilization trends with partners.
Work closely with sales to strengthen partner relationships and support repeat orders.
Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Actively gather partner feedback (CSAT / NPS) and recommend improvements.
Reporting & Collaboration
Track KPIs across training, activations, satisfaction, and partner growth.
Provide feedback loops to Product, Marketing, and Sales on partner needs.
Requirements
Requirements
3–6 years in pharmacy field operations, FMCG activations, customer success, or HMO / provider relations . However, we always prioritise intelligence and ability to execute.
Proven experience training staff, managing retail or corporate activations, or coordinating multi-site programs.
Knowledge of Nigerian pharmacy and wellness ecosystems a strong plus.
Strong stakeholder management with pharmacists, HR / admin, and wellness partners.
Highly organized, structured, and process-driven .
Excellent communication and training skills.
Comfortable managing remote execution across regions.
Adaptable and collaborative across sales, marketing, and partner teams.
