They are looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead relationship-building, and work closely with the editorial, experiences, and content teams to bring brand collaborations, sponsorships, and experiential campaigns to life. This role is for a connector, storyteller, and business-minded creative who can identify opportunities, forge strong partnerships, and turn them into mutually rewarding experiences. Your Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Development
You will design and lead the company's partnership and sponsorship strategy, connecting global brands to Africa’s luxury narrative.You will identify and approach potential partners in luxury, travel, culture, fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.You will craft bespoke partnership concepts and decks that merge storytelling with business outcomes.2. Relationship Management
You will build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, tourism boards, hospitality groups, artists, and cultural institutions.You will serve as the liaison between the company and partners, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of partnership agreements.You will manage partner expectations and ensure collaborations are executed with excellence.3. Revenue & Growth
You will drive sponsorship and partnership revenue for campaigns, experiences, and content projects.You will collaborate with the business and marketing teams to structure creative brand integrations and co-branded activations.You will explore sponsorship opportunities across media, events, and luxury experiences, driving both revenue and brand equity.You will track, report, and analyze partnership performance metrics and ROI.4.
